HOUSING: Housing properties especialy, newly built apartments, terraces, and duplexes are often seen in Chevron Lekki, and the prices are in millions and billions. So if you wish to buy a newly built housing property, either an apartment or duplex in Chevron Lekki. You have to prepare for outright payment. Otherwise, you can go for off-plan properties that allow you to spread your payment for a certain period while the property is still under construction.

LAND: Chevron Lekki doesn’t really have much empty land for sale. However, few new estates are coming up, thereby creating room for land avaliablity in Chevron.
