HOUSING: Housing properties especialy, newly built apartments, terraces, and duplexes are often seen in Chevron Lekki, and the prices are in millions and billions. So if you wish to buy a newly built housing property, either an apartment or duplex in Chevron Lekki. You have to prepare for outright payment. Otherwise, you can go for off-plan properties that allow you to spread your payment for a certain period while the property is still under construction.
LAND: Chevron Lekki doesn’t really have much empty land for sale. However, few new estates are coming up, thereby creating room for land avaliablity in Chevron. If you wish to buy land in Chevron is advisable to buy during the pre-lunch of the estate. With that, you will be able to buy it at affordable price, and also to make better profit as the estate develops.
However, if you wish to buy a land that you will start building immediately, it will be a bit high in price.
